Venture Lab
Transitioning a venture into execution
Venture Lab is the front end of the Cogliva workflow. Once a venture is validated and ready to build, the transition brings it into the execution modules so nothing is lost.
Why transition
A validated venture needs to become an operating business. The transition carries the opportunity, business model, evidence, and decisions into Cogliva's execution modules, so the team building it starts with context rather than a blank page.
Where a venture can go
- Into a diagnostic to pressure-test the new business against Cogliva's full model.
- Into a strategy in the Business Strategy Designer.
- Into tactical plans to drive the first 30–90 days of execution.
- Into business management systems where relevant.
Readiness-aware
The transition is aware of how developed the venture is and guides you toward the destinations that make sense for its current state — it does not force a half-formed venture into full execution.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Open the venture and choose to transition it.
- Pick the destination — diagnostic, strategy, tactical plans, or systems.
- Continue the work in the execution module with venture context carried over.
