Cogliva v1.23 — Release Notes
Cogliva brings together everything you need to move from an unclear business challenge to a clear diagnosis, a grounded strategy, and a practical execution plan — in one workspace. Each release deepens the diagnostic, sharpens the strategy and execution tooling, and makes the report easier to read and act on. v1.23 makes strategy work more visual, more conversational, and more industry-aware. A new Strategy Map shows how every part of a strategy connects, Strategy Lineage traces each section back to the context and diagnostics that shaped it, Liva gains voice-native dictation with a cleaned-up suggestion panel, and Management Copilot hands over context from Liva conversations so you can continue where you left off. Below are the v1.23 highlights and every earlier update, right back to the initial release.
What's new in v1.23
LatestStrategy Map — see how the whole strategy connects
Every strategy now has an interactive Strategy Map that lays out its outcomes, moves, initiatives, risks, and metrics on a single canvas, showing how each piece influences the others. Cards keep their content readable, connections are clearly drawn, and a MiniMap and Fullscreen view make it easy to navigate large strategies. Export the map as a PNG or PDF to bring the whole picture into a board pack or workshop.
Strategy Lineage — trace every section to its source
Each section of a generated strategy now links back to the specific context, diagnostics, and knowledge that shaped it. A Sources rail on the strategy and a per-section source popover let you jump from a recommendation to the underlying evidence, so reviewers can see exactly why the strategy says what it says and where a claim came from.
Voice-native Liva with a cleaned-up suggestion panel
Ask-Liva now supports voice dictation directly in the dialogue box — tap the mic and speak your question or update. A new two-panel layout shows your original text alongside a cleaned suggestion that fixes spelling, tightens phrasing, and makes the intent clear, so you can choose to keep your own words or accept the polished version before sending.
Industry-aware guidance
Strategy generation, diagnostics, and Liva now factor in the industry signals in your Organization Context, so recommendations, questions, and examples are shaped by the sector you operate in rather than staying generic. Sector context is treated as an input to the guidance, not a constraint on your strategy.
Liva-to-Copilot handover
When Liva suggests continuing a topic in Management Copilot, the Copilot challenge box now opens pre-filled with a short handover summary of the conversation — the situation, the clarifications so far, and the specific question to work on next. You review, adjust, and continue, instead of starting from a blank page.
v1.22 updates
Organization Context — a versioned record of the organization
Organization Context evolves from the Intelligence Map into a durable, versioned record of your organization's current state, ambitions, key metrics, and performance. A history drawer shows how the context has changed across versions, and the latest version automatically feeds into strategy generation so every strategy is grounded in the most up-to-date picture of the organization.
Performance & Ambition
A new Performance & Ambition panel captures current performance, desired outcomes, and the key metrics that matter. The fields can be filled directly or pulled from the latest diagnostic, so the gap between where you are and where you want to be is always explicit and actionable.
Fullscreen strategy workspace with consolidated actions
Opened strategies now default to a focused fullscreen canvas-first view with a clean identity band. Actions and export options are consolidated into two dropdown menus, so the workspace stays uncluttered and boardroom-ready exports are one click away.
v1.21 updates
The Strategy Canvas — your whole strategy on one page
Every generated strategy now opens as both a detailed Strategy Document and a synchronized one-page visual Strategy Canvas. The two views stay in sync, and you can drill down from any canvas card straight to the reasoning behind it in the document. Each strategy type has its own tailored canvas layout, so a full business strategy, an annual plan, a go-to-market, a turnaround, and more each show the elements that matter most for that kind of strategy.
One-page canvas exports for the boardroom
Export the Strategy Canvas as a polished 16:9 PowerPoint or PDF — a client- and board-ready leave-behind that sits alongside the full strategy document, deck, and editable Word exports. A consolidated Export menu now brings the Strategy Document and Strategy Canvas formats together in one place.
A context quality gate before you generate
Each strategy type now confirms the minimum context it genuinely needs before it can be generated. If core information is missing, Cogliva flags it on the context step and blocks generation until the mandatory fields are filled, so a strategy is never built on a thin picture. Uploading a former strategy or strategy document auto-fills those fields for your review.
v1.19 updates
Start Here — a guided launcher for every workflow
A new Start Here page routes you to the right next step based on your plan and what you've already created. It includes direct entry points that open the New Strategy Wizard preconfigured for any of the strategy types — with the strategy family, methodology, and framing preselected — so you can go from intent to a grounded strategy in a click, without hunting for the right starting point.
Plain-language trust signals on AI output
AI-generated content now shows how much confidence to place in it using everyday language — Well-grounded, Directional, or Exploratory — with a short narrative explaining why. You can tell how far to lean on a result at a glance, without needing to interpret technical scores.
Promote a signal into your Risk & Opportunity register
Signal-derived items can now be promoted into a dedicated Risk & Opportunity register after a short assessment, turning an early strategic signal into a tracked, decision-ready risk or opportunity you can act on.
Confirm-to-delete safeguards across the workspace
Deleting a strategy, diagnostic, tactical plan, project, or other record now asks you to type CONFIRM first. Important work — including drafts — can no longer be removed with a single accidental click.
Sharper in-wizard learning and a cleaner Start Here
The Learn tabs in the Strategy, Diagnostics, Tactical Plan, and Signals wizards now surface Cogliva's latest capabilities and the specific strategies you can create, and the guided start experience has been streamlined so strategy creation flows through one clear, methodology-driven path.
v1.18 updates
Trustworthy AI by design — the Cogliva Semantic Control Layer
Cogliva now runs a set of behind-the-scenes safeguards, together called the Semantic Control Layer, to keep AI output grounded and traceable. Generation is grounded in your own business context and a curated knowledge base rather than free-form guessing; each kind of information carries a defined meaning and reuse rules — so a regulatory note is not silently turned into a confirmed risk, a stated challenge into a proven root cause, or a recommendation into a committed action; automated checks run after generation to flag questionable transformations for internal quality monitoring; and Cogliva keeps internal provenance of how a value was produced. These are engineering safeguards designed to improve accuracy and traceability — not a certification or a guarantee, and never a replacement for your own review.
Source-verified Strategic Signals, explained
Strategic Signals reads headlines verbatim from the real page, verifies links, and checks each claim against what the source actually says. When a source cannot be confirmed, the alert is labelled unverified rather than asserted as fact — so you can tell grounded developments from ones that still need a look.
Organisation history and audit trail
Each organisation now has a History tab: a timeline of how its intelligence has changed over time — asset edits with before-and-after detail, diagnostics, and projects — so you can see what changed, when, and follow it back to the source.
Tighter access and privacy controls
Notifications are now scoped to your own workspace, and admin-only areas are protected against direct URL access so people only reach what their role allows. Provenance records are kept deliberately small — a fingerprint of the prompt configuration rather than the full text, latest generation only — and are visible only to administrators.
Refreshed Trust, Privacy, and Terms
The public Trust & Responsible AI page now explains the Semantic Control Layer in plain language, and the Privacy Policy and Terms describe the AI safeguards and provenance handling — showing the due diligence behind Cogliva's AI without over-promising.
v1.17 updates
Meet the Liva Assistant — a workspace chat companion
Alongside the inline Ask Liva helper that drafts and improves individual fields, Cogliva now includes the Liva Assistant: a floating chat companion you open from the glowing Liva mark in the corner of the app. Ask it how something works, where to find a feature, or to locate your own diagnostics, strategies, and organisations — and it answers with clear guidance and clickable links that take you straight there. It is read-only and session-only, respects your permissions, and is available to every signed-in member. On your first visit to the Dashboard after signing in, it opens once to say hello.
A richer Organization Intelligence Map
The Organization Intelligence Map now spans more of the business in one place, with dedicated tabs for Systems and Ventures plus organisation-filtered views of Strategic Signals, the Strategy Workbench, Strategies, and Tactical Plans. Business Model moved into Intelligence Assets, and the Intelligence Map links directly to the relevant assets so you can move from the big picture to the detail in a click.
Projects get their own workspace
Each project now opens as a workspace with Overview, Diagnostics, and Intelligence Assets tabs — and you can attach an organisation's Intelligence Assets to a project so the analysis you need travels with the work.
Four new strategy frameworks and in-asset learning
Intelligence Assets gained Porter's Five Forces, Value Chain Analysis, the VRIO Framework, and a Competitive Positioning Map — each rendered in its familiar, tool-specific layout. Every asset now carries a short mini-learning panel explaining what it is and how to use it, and assets can be sorted into a logical working order.
Start a diagnostic while creating an organisation
The Create organisation dialog now offers to start a new diagnostic in the same flow — so building a new organisation and understanding it can begin together.
Refreshed public pages and knowledge base
The Liva and Cogliva Intelligence pages now cover the Liva Assistant with screenshots, and the knowledge base and help centre document the assistant, the expanded organisation workspace, and the new project workspace.
v1.16 updates
The Organization Intelligence Map — your Organization Brain
Each organisation now opens as an Organization Intelligence Map: a strategic workspace with Overview, Intelligence Map, Business Model, Diagnostics, Projects, and Intelligence Assets in one place. It behaves as a living Organization Brain (or Business Brain) that becomes richer as you add context, run diagnostics, and populate assets — and it is Cogliva's first step toward a Digital Twin of the organisation and its business.
Editable, tool-shaped Intelligence Assets
Intelligence Assets render what Cogliva knows as the tools you already recognise — SWOT, PESTLE, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, and more. Every asset is openable even when partially populated, shows where its content came from, and can be edited inline. Saving writes back into the organisation's canonical data and context. Any asset and the Business Model Canvas can be opened full-screen for a focused working session.
Context completeness on every asset
A context-completeness indicator shows how fully each asset and the overall strategy is populated — a coverage gauge, not a quality grade. Hover it for a per-dimension breakdown so you can see exactly where to enrich the model next.
See how a change ripples through Cogliva
When you save a change to a intelligence asset, Cogliva shows a graphical ripple map of how that update flows across the system — organisation context, Intelligence Map, diagnostics, Strategic Signals, and the AI strategy context — with clear Updated, Queued, and No-change states. You stay in control: choose to proceed with back-processes, save without triggering them, or cancel, and a site-wide banner tracks any pending changes.
Source-grounded, anti-hallucination Strategic Signals
Strategic Signals now verify every alert against its real source. Headlines are extracted verbatim, each claim is validated against the actual page, and conclusions the source does not support are not asserted — preventing made-up developments. Alerts carry recency indicators and links to verify, and grounding is recomputed automatically on a schedule with no manual action needed.
Learn as you work, and an example organisation
Pin-able educational tooltips explain each intelligence asset element in context, and a fully worked example organisation lets admins explore a complete Organization Intelligence Map end to end. The knowledge base and help centre gained a new Organisation Intelligence Map section covering assets, completeness, change flow, and learning tooltips.
v1.15 updates
Venture Lab — from raw opportunity to launch-ready venture
Venture Lab is a new module for building and validating new ventures inside Cogliva. It guides you from a raw opportunity through customer and problem discovery, assumption mapping and experiments, feasibility and business-model design, and finally strategy and launch — so founders, corporate venture teams, and the advisors and investors backing them can move from an idea to an evidence-backed, launch-ready venture in one workspace.
Opportunity Explorer and customer-problem discovery
Start by framing the opportunity — the market signal, the who and the why — and write a clear opportunity statement. Then discover and pressure-test the customer and the problem worth solving, so the venture is grounded in a real, validated need rather than a hunch. Liva helps draft, sharpen, and challenge each step.
Assumptions, experiments, feasibility, and business model
Map the riskiest assumptions behind the venture, design lightweight experiments to test them, and assess feasibility before you commit. When the evidence holds, design the business model — how the venture creates, delivers, and captures value — so you enter build and launch with a model that has been reasoned through, not guessed.
Strategy, launch, and a clean transition to execution
Turn a validated venture into a strategy and a launch path, then transition seamlessly into Cogliva's existing strategy and execution tooling — diagnostics, the Business Strategy Designer, tactical plans, and the Strategy Workbench — so a new venture keeps its momentum from first idea to ongoing operation.
New Venture Lab pages, solutions, and guides
The public site now includes a Venture Lab product section, dedicated solutions pages for startups, investors, and venture studios, and a new Venture Building guides cluster covering opportunity identification, customer-problem discovery, assumptions and experiments, feasibility and business-model design, and launching and scaling a venture — with SEO and answer-engine metadata throughout.
Account, admin, and AI usage updated for Venture Lab
The account workspace summary and the admin console now reflect the Venture Lab module and its access rules, and every Venture Lab AI feature is catalogued so AI consumption is tracked and reported accurately across the overview and per-user views.
v1.14 updates
A whole-business diagnostic, aligned to the Business Model Canvas
The diagnostic intake now maps the entire organization the way a strategist would — across the Business Model Canvas. Instead of a short description, Cogliva captures how the business creates, delivers, and captures value: its business models and offerings, customers and channels, operating model, revenue and cost drivers, plus geography, group structure, boundaries, and the full competitive landscape. Every one of these components feeds the analysis, so the diagnosis reads like a professional assessment of the real business — not a generic response to a few sentences. The optional website head start now pre-fills more of these fields for you to review and refine.
A deeper, more professional analysis for every focus area
Because the diagnostic now understands the whole business, each focus area is analysed against the components that actually shape it — the model, customers, operating model, economics, and competition — producing sharper root causes, risks, and recommendations. The result is a diagnosis that stands up in front of a client or a leadership team.
A clearer report structure — analysis and actions together, essentials at the end
The outcome-by-outcome report has been reorganized for readability. Each focus area now keeps its full analysis and its own path to action together, so you read a topic and its next steps in one place. Organization-level material that applies to the whole report — such as turning the document into action — now sits toward the end, just before the edit history, instead of interrupting the focus-area detail. Nothing was removed; the report simply flows in a more natural, top-down order.
Public site, knowledge base, and help refreshed
The homepage, How it works, Method, Use cases, the guides, and the in-app help and knowledge base have been updated to reflect the Business Model Canvas–aligned, whole-business diagnostic and the deeper, more professional analysis it now produces — alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.13 updates
Clearer Privacy Policy and Terms on account support and administration
We refreshed our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to explain, in plain English, how account support and administration work. A small number of authorized administrators may securely access an account when it is needed to provide support, investigate an issue, keep the service secure, or meet a legal obligation — and every such access is limited to what is necessary, controlled, and recorded in an internal audit log. This does not collect any new data from you; it simply makes an existing safeguard transparent, alongside the two-factor authentication, automatic sign-out, and recovery codes already in place.
Faster, more reliable admin support tooling
Behind the scenes, we rebuilt the internal support and administration console so our team can find and resolve account issues more quickly and reliably. You do not see this directly, but it means shorter turnaround when you reach out for help.
v1.12 updates
Modify a diagnostic by reopening the wizard
Sometimes the report text is fine but the inputs behind it were off — a vague challenge, the wrong focus areas, or context that has since changed. You can now reopen a finished diagnostic in the wizard, change any answer, and generate a completely fresh report from the corrected inputs. Because this runs the full diagnostic again, it uses one diagnostic from your monthly allowance — so Cogliva shows a clear confirmation first and lets you cancel before anything is charged. Refining the finished report's text inline stays free and separate. Reopening the wizard is available on the monthly and yearly plans and for admins; one-time Starter workspaces can refine the report text but not re-run the wizard.
Manage projects within your plan
Projects now behave more predictably within your plan's limit — 1 project on the one-time Starter Strategy Workspace, 10 on the Consultant and SME Workspace plans, and 30 on the Professional Advisor and Enterprise Workbench plans. Deleting a project frees the slot immediately, so you can reuse it for a new engagement without upgrading. The number of organizations you can create still follows your plan.
A more reliable diagnosis for every focus area
We hardened the multi-outcome diagnostic so each focus area reliably produces its full detailed analysis — including a fallback that fills in any missing per-focus-area detail — so a diagnosis with several outcomes always comes back complete.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
A new article explains the two ways to change a finished diagnostic — refining the report text for free versus reopening the wizard to change the inputs, which uses one diagnostic — and who can do each on which plan, alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.11 updates
A full diagnosis for every focus area, not just the main one
When a diagnostic has several desired outcomes, Cogliva now produces a detailed, dedicated analysis for each focus area behind the central challenge — not only the headline one. Every focus area gets its own diagnosis and its own path to action, so multi-outcome engagements are analysed at full depth. When you refine the central challenge, Cogliva refreshes the overall synthesis while keeping each focus area's detailed analysis intact.
A clearer, redesigned report layout
The report's diagnostic landscape has been redesigned for readability. It now opens with the single central challenge on top, then breaks it down into focus areas you can open and drill into, shows how the outcomes connect, and gives each focus area its own analysis — a calmer, top-down structure in place of the previous map. You can edit the central challenge inline and re-run the analysis from it.
Name your diagnostics and signal profiles
Cogliva now suggests a clear name for each new diagnostic and signal profile, and asks you to confirm or adjust it before you continue — so your workspace stays organised from the start. You can also rename a report or a signal profile inline at any time afterwards.
Find competitors and market position with Liva
In the diagnostic's competitive landscape, Liva can now identify likely competitors, your closest competitor, and a suggested market position — reading the organization context you have already captured (geographies, domains, and activity). If key details are missing, Liva asks for them first, so the suggestions target the right market. Competition fields are also clearly labelled to show whether they describe your organization or its competitors.
See who last edited a report — by name, with full history
The report now shows the name of the person who last edited it, rather than an internal code, and hovering reveals the full edit history — who changed what and when — so shared reports stay accountable and easy to follow.
A working space for every strategic topic
In the Strategy Workbench, each topic now opens into its own full workspace instead of a small edit form. A new Topic Intelligence section runs a focused AI analysis for that single topic, and tracks freshness so you know when the analysis is out of date and worth refreshing as the context changes.
Propose updates back to the source diagnostic
For topics that came from a diagnostic, you can now propose an update back to that diagnostic — on your terms. Cogliva shows an original-vs-current diff of the objective's fields so you can review exactly what would change, and nothing is written back until you confirm. Diagnostics stay point-in-time assessments unless you deliberately update them.
Start from a common business topic in the Management Copilot
The Management Copilot now offers a guided way to begin. Pick a top-level category, then a focus area, then a suggested challenge — which fills the input as fully editable text you can refine — so you get to a well-framed question quickly, without staring at a blank box.
Founding Members and the Founding Consultant Circle
Our early-access programme is now the Founding Members offer, with a locked-in founding rate for the full platform. Alongside it, a new invitation-led Founding Consultant Circle page invites a small group of consultants to help shape Cogliva.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
The knowledge base and in-app help now cover naming diagnostics and signals, finding competitors and market position with Liva, the redesigned report layout with a full analysis per focus area, the topic workspace and Topic Intelligence, and proposing updates back to a source diagnostic — alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.10 updates
Outcome-driven diagnostics — set the outcomes you want
The diagnostic now asks you to choose the specific outcomes you want the work to deliver — grouped by goal category — before it generates the report. Instead of a single stated objective, you can select the full set of results that matter for the organization, so the diagnosis is scoped to what you are actually trying to achieve and every recommendation ties back to a named outcome.
A multidimensional, outcome-by-outcome report
When a diagnostic has more than one desired outcome, the report becomes a structured workspace rather than a single narrative. It opens with a diagnostic landscape map linking the central challenge to your goal categories and outcomes, groups every expected outcome by category, shows how the outcomes connect where they share root causes or measures, and gives each outcome its own analysis and a clear ‘turn this into action’ path. The structured report and map are included from the $97 Starter Strategy Workspace, because they visualize work you have already run.
Refine the report directly
On paid plans you can edit the generated executive summary and challenge diagnosis inline, right where they appear, so the report reads exactly the way you want before you export or present it — no copy-paste into another tool.
Cleaner, properly formatted AI output everywhere
Everything Cogliva generates — diagnostics, strategies, tactical plans, systems reviews, Management Copilot guidance, workshop agendas, and discussion guides — now renders as clean, formatted content on screen and in exports. Headings, tables, and lists come through as proper structure instead of raw formatting marks, and PDF, Word, and PowerPoint exports carry the same clean layout, so every deliverable is presentation-ready.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
The knowledge base and in-app help now explain how to set desired outcomes, how the outcome-by-outcome report is organised, and how to refine the report inline on paid plans — alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.09 updates
Meet Liva — your built-in AI assistant
Cogliva's AI assistance now has a name and a face: Liva. Look for the Ask Liva button next to fields, sections, and pages across the platform — in the diagnostic wizard, the Business Strategy Designer, tactical plans, the Strategy Workbench, and Strategic Signals. Liva can draft a strong first version of a field, improve or clarify what you wrote, make it more strategic and executive-ready, give you options, or challenge your thinking — all grounded in your context and the Cogliva Intelligence layer. It is not a separate chatbot: Liva works right inside the screen you are on, and nothing changes until you choose to insert, replace, or append a suggestion.
A dedicated Liva page
A new public Liva page explains what the assistant is, where it appears across the product, how it works in three steps, and how it stays grounded in Cogliva Intelligence — alongside a clear note that Liva supports your judgment rather than replacing it.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
A new article introduces Liva — what it is, where to find the Ask Liva button, how to use the suggestion options, and how it differs from the Management Copilot — and existing articles on the diagnostic, strategy, and Workbench now point to it where Liva helps most.
v1.08 updates
A consistent, ten-part strategy structure
Every business strategy Cogliva produces now follows the same ten-part structure — framing, organization context, diagnosis, strategic direction, choices, objectives and goals, initiatives and roadmap, measurement, risks and assumptions, and governance and review. The Business Strategy Designer, the strategy report, and edit mode all share this structure, so strategies are easier to read, compare, and refine — and nothing important gets missed.
Strategies traceable back to your diagnosis
Each section of a strategy is now grounded in specific diagnostic findings and your organization context — your challenges, root causes, priorities, objectives, KPIs, risks, and competitive position. Figures, targets, and measures carry through from the diagnostic rather than being invented, so you can see exactly where each part of the strategy comes from.
Predictable, repeatable results
Because the structure is fixed and every field is tied to defined sources, the same diagnosis now produces a stable, predictable strategy instead of a different result each time. That makes Cogliva's strategy output dependable enough to build a real workflow around — and easier to trust when you present it.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
A new article explains how a Cogliva strategy is structured — the ten sections, why their order matters, and how each one is grounded in and repeatable from your diagnostic — alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.07 updates
Cogliva Intelligence — a managed, gap-aware intelligence layer
Cogliva's Knowledge area has evolved from a file-and-folder repository into a structured intelligence management layer. Admin users can now view mapped coverage across domains, industries, capabilities, tools, challenges, KPIs/OKRs, standards, regulations, AI, management systems, knowledge gaps, growth backlog, and source files. This creates the foundation for more systematic knowledge growth and future gap-aware intelligence improvement.
A dedicated Cogliva Intelligence page
A new public Cogliva Intelligence page explains the managed intelligence layer behind the platform — how structured knowledge assets, coverage mapping, and gap awareness support diagnostics, strategy, tactical plans, Management Copilot, Strategic Signals, Systems, and the Strategy Workbench. It complements the Cogliva Method page, which describes how Cogliva structures strategy and management reasoning.
Automatic sign-out after inactivity
For an added layer of account security, Cogliva now signs you out automatically after 30 minutes without activity. Your saved work is never lost — simply sign in again to continue. This complements the two-factor authentication and one-time recovery codes already required on every account.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
The knowledge base and in-app help now explain what Cogliva Intelligence is, how it differs from uploaded files, and what knowledge coverage, knowledge gaps, and the growth backlog mean — alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.06 updates
Two-factor authentication on every account
Because Cogliva holds your strategic thinking, every account is now protected by two-factor authentication. You set it up once with an authenticator app, confirm a 6-digit code when you sign in, and keep a set of one-time recovery codes for backup — so a password alone is never enough to reach your workspace. It applies to everyone, including people who sign in with Google or Apple, and you can regenerate recovery codes or reset your authenticator from your account at any time.
Strategy Deployment Studio — guided rollout
Most teams start with Cogliva on their own, but some want help turning it into a working part of how they actually do strategy. The Strategy Deployment Studio is a guided way to deploy Cogliva inside your real workflow — use-case discovery, context setup, workflow design, a focused pilot, and an adoption and value review — without a long consulting engagement.
Enterprise team accounts, clearly defined
The Enterprise Strategy Workbench plan supports up to three users on a single account — the account owner plus two teammates. All three must share the same email domain, so access stays inside your company, and each additional user is activated after a quick review.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
Sign-in guidance now reflects email-and-password, Google, and Apple sign-in, and a new article walks through setting up two-factor authentication and saving your recovery codes — alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.05 updates
Enterprise team accounts — your whole team on one workspace
The Enterprise Strategy Workbench plan now supports more than one person on a single account. The account owner adds additional users from the account workspace — entering each teammate's name and work email — so a leadership, strategy, or transformation team can work together on shared organizations and projects. To keep access inside your company, every additional user shares the owner's email domain and is activated after a quick review.
Clear, honest diagnostic allowances
Every plan includes a set number of diagnostics per period, and we've made exactly how that works transparent. An allowance is used the moment a diagnostic is created, unused diagnostics do not roll over to the next period, and deleting a diagnostic does not return it to your allowance. The rule now appears on both the pricing page and your account workspace, so there are no surprises.
Plans tailored to how you work
Pricing adapts to your context with a simple toggle: advisors see consultant-oriented plans (Consultant and Professional Advisor), while founders and in-house teams see the equivalent SME Workspace and Enterprise Strategy Workbench. The same curated strategy knowledge powers every plan — only the wording and the team and scope limits differ.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
The knowledge base and in-app help now explain how monthly diagnostic allowances work and how to add users to an Enterprise account, alongside the existing guidance on every feature.
v1.04 updates
Strategy Workbench — a living strategy knowledge layer
Strategy rarely arrives fully formed. The new Strategy Workbench gives each organization a living space to capture opportunities, risks, assumptions, and open questions as structured strategic topics — with materiality, priority, confidence, maturity, horizon, and review cadence — so scattered inputs become reviewed, prioritized topics before they become a formal strategy. It's available on the Professional Advisor and Enterprise plans.
Signals into the Workbench
Bring your monitoring into your thinking. Import an organization's Strategic Signals straight into the Workbench as topics, and get signal-aware AI suggestions that draft strategic topics from the organization's recent signals — so what you watch feeds what you decide.
Connected topics, evidence, and review tasks
Every topic can link to the diagnostics, strategies, plans, and signals that support it, and carry review tasks so nothing stalls. When a topic is validated and material, promote it into the Business Strategy Designer and tactical plans — no copy-paste, no lost context.
Knowledge base and help, expanded
The knowledge base and in-app help now cover the Strategy Workbench end to end — what it is, capturing and structuring topics, linking evidence and importing signals, and moving from topics to strategies and plans.
v1.03 updates
Strategy guides library
A growing collection of practical strategy guides covering KPIs, business model comparisons, enterprise AI strategy, 30-60-90-day plans, and more. Each guide is written to help you apply the ideas straight away, whether you are preparing for a client engagement or building your own strategy.
Related reading, made easy
Guides, use cases, and audience pages now suggest relevant next steps based on what you are reading. Consultants see consulting-focused content; founders see founder-focused material. It is faster to move from one idea to the next and easier to build a complete picture of how Cogliva fits your work.
New guide — How to start an AI consulting practice
A practical walkthrough for moving from traditional consulting to AI-augmented strategy delivery, including how to automate diagnostics and planning so you spend more time advising and less time assembling. Every guide now opens with a clear summary so you know what you will learn before you start.
Built for your role
New pages show exactly how Cogliva supports consultants, founders, and leadership teams — plus a clear overview of use cases and the Method behind the platform. Each audience can quickly see the value without wading through irrelevant detail.
From strategy to execution, without gaps
Strategy only works if it gets executed. This new view shows how Cogliva connects diagnosis, strategy design, and tactical planning into one continuous, accountable workflow — so nothing falls between the cracks.
Trust, partnerships, and early access
A new Trust page explains how Cogliva is built and used responsibly. The Partners page opens conversations for strategic collaboration. And the Founding Members offer gives founding members a locked-in rate for the full platform.
v1.02 updates
Management Copilot — fast, structured guidance
Not every question needs a full diagnostic. Describe a business challenge in plain language and the Management Copilot names the underlying problem, suggests the frameworks and indicators that fit, and gives you practical ways forward — in minutes, grounded in the same challenge and tool libraries that power the rest of Cogliva. Sessions are saved to your Copilot history, and it's available on the Consultant and Professional plans.
The full journey, in one place
You can now move smoothly from diagnosis to business strategy to tactical plan, with guided steps at each stage. It is clear how each phase connects to the next, so your thinking stays coherent from first insight to final action.
Reports that look as good as they read
AI-generated reports now come with clean headings, bold emphasis, and well-structured bullet points across every view. Deliverables look polished and are ready to share with clients or stakeholders straight away.
Clearer help and public pages
The knowledge base, in-app help, and public pages have been rewritten to reflect everything Cogliva now does — so it is quicker to understand the platform and start getting value.
v1.01 updates
Free interactive demo
A one-time, no-risk walkthrough of the diagnostic flow on a fictional company, ending in a full sample report and a clear path into running a real diagnostic.
In-app notifications
A notification centre with read/unread tracking, so you never miss updates to your diagnostics, strategies, or signal alerts.
Send reports by email
Create a client-ready email draft straight from any report view, so consultants can share polished deliverables without leaving Cogliva.
Strategic Signals — alerts & email digests

v1.0 — Initial release
Diagnostics
Guided diagnostic workspace that turns messy business challenges into a structured diagnosis with practical recommendations and measurable goals.
Website context extraction
Start a diagnostic from a company's website. Enter a web address and Cogliva reads the public page to pre-fill the intake — description, model, market, location, and competitive context. It's optional, drafts only what it can support, and you review and edit everything before generating the report.
Richer organisation context
The diagnostic intake now captures geographic presence and structure (headquarters, footprint, group structure) and an expanded competitive landscape, with a guided intake that asks for the high-signal details that make analysis sharper.
Enhanced diagnostic report
Reports now weave in the geographic and competitive context you provide, producing a deeper, more tailored diagnosis for consultants and enterprises alike.
Business Strategy Designer
Turn a completed diagnostic into a structured business strategy draft, grounded in your inputs and ready to refine.
Tactical Plans
Translate strategic objectives into concrete tactical execution plans, so strategy actually gets done.
Strategic Signals
Set up automated monitoring on the topics that matter to your business or your clients. Cogliva scans external sources continuously, scores relevance, and delivers curated alerts so you stay ahead of market shifts, competitor moves, and emerging risks.
Built-in strategy knowledge
Cogliva draws on 250+ business challenges across 22 domains and 100+ strategy tools, so every diagnostic and recommendation is grounded in structured method rather than generic prompting.
Advisory Assets
Generate ready-to-use Workshop Agendas and Discussion Guides — equally useful for advisory sessions or internal team conversations.
