Synthesised, never invented

The Intelligence Map is assembled only from what you have actually captured — the organisation profile, completed diagnostics, and connected strategies and plans. Where a card has no underlying data it says so and points to where the information can come from, rather than filling the gap with a plausible guess.

Full-screen focus

The Intelligence Map, the Business Model canvas, and every Strategy Asset can be opened full-screen for review or a working session, then closed with Esc to return to the workspace.

Your tab is remembered

Cogliva keeps you on the tab you were last using for an organisation, so returning to a workspace picks up where you left off.

An evolving Organisation Brain

The Organisation Intelligence Map is designed to function as your Organisation Brain — a living, connected intelligence model that becomes richer and more useful as you add context, run diagnostics, populate strategy assets, and refine your strategic direction. Every piece of information you capture makes the whole model more coherent and better able to support decisions.

Cogliva's longer-term direction is to deepen this into a Digital Twin of the organisation and its business: a working model that reflects the business's real structure, dynamics, and strategic position with enough fidelity to be genuinely queryable and useful as a thinking partner. Digital Twin is a direction Cogliva is heading toward — not a finished simulation — but every diagnostic, every asset edit, and every context update moves the model closer to a meaningful, continuously updated representation of how the business operates.
