Understanding strategy completeness
On the Overview and next to assets you will see a “Strategy completeness” figure. It answers one question: how much of the information Cogliva needs to reason well about this organisation is actually filled in?
What it measures
Completeness looks across the underlying data an organisation's strategy draws on — the profile, business model, context, diagnostic findings, and connected strategy work — and reports how much of it is present. Hovering the badge breaks the score into its dimensions so you can see exactly what is contributing and what is still thin.
What it is not
Completeness is not a judgement of how good your strategy is. A fully populated organisation can still have a weak strategy, and a lean one can be sharp. It measures coverage of inputs, so you know where more context would help Cogliva — and you — reason better.
Raising it
The fastest way to raise completeness is to fill the gaps the breakdown highlights: complete the organisation profile, run or finish a diagnostic, and populate empty Strategy Asset boxes. Every value you add feeds the Intelligence Map and the rest of the workspace.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Hover the Strategy completeness badge to see the per-dimension breakdown.
- Fill the dimensions that show the least coverage.
- Treat it as a coverage gauge, not a grade of strategy quality.
