How Cogliva uses user inputs
Understanding how your inputs are processed helps you use Cogliva confidently and decide what is appropriate to enter.
What you provide
You enter business context and challenge descriptions during the diagnostic intake. This information is the raw material the analysis works from.
How it is processed
Your inputs are processed to generate diagnostics, reports, agendas, recommendations, and related outputs. They are mapped against Cogliva's connected intelligence layer to produce a grounded result.
Optional website context extraction
If you choose to use the optional Get context feature in the diagnostic, Cogliva reads the public web address you provide and uses AI to draft intake fields from it. Only point it at pages you are comfortable processing this way, and review the result before relying on it. The feature is entirely optional — you can always complete the intake yourself.
Outputs are decision support
The outputs are produced to support your work and are intended for decision support only. They are a starting point for your own analysis, not a final answer.
Your control
- Diagnostics are saved to your workspace so you can revisit and refine them.
- You decide what context to enter and what to leave out.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Enter context that is specific but appropriate to share.
- Treat outputs as a draft to review, not a final deliverable.
