Trust, Privacy, and Responsible Use
Managing and deleting your data
Everything you create in Cogliva belongs to your workspace, and you can remove it when it is no longer needed. This article explains what you can delete and exactly what happens when you do.
Deleting individual records
From your account workspace you can delete any single item you have created — a diagnostic, strategy, tactical plan, signal profile, or system review. Deletion is permanent and asks you to confirm before it removes anything.
- Deleting a strategy also removes the tactical plans built from it.
- Deleting a signal profile removes its monitored topics and the alerts it generated.
- Deleting a diagnostic removes that report and its generated artefacts.
Deleting an organisation
Removing an organisation is scoped deliberately. It deletes the organisation record itself, but the diagnostics and reports linked to it are kept and simply unlinked from the organisation — so you never lose finished work just because you tidy up how it is grouped.
Confirming before you delete
Because deletion cannot be undone, each delete asks you to confirm, and destructive actions on larger records require you to type to confirm. Review what a deletion includes — especially the related items it cascades to — before you confirm.
Account and personal data
The actions above remove individual records. To delete your entire account and the personal data associated with it, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy. See the related article on privacy and data handling below for an overview.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Open your account workspace to see the items you can manage.
- Delete a single record, or remove an organisation while keeping its diagnostics and reports.
- Confirm carefully — deletion is permanent and may cascade to related items.
