Organisation history and audit trail
Every organisation workspace has a History tab: a running timeline of the changes that have shaped its intelligence over time. It brings together edits to intelligence assets, diagnostics, and projects into one chronological view, so you can trace how the organisation's picture has developed rather than only seeing its current state.
What the timeline records
- Intelligence asset changes — when a SWOT, canvas, or other asset was created or edited, with the before-and-after text on individual field changes.
- Diagnostics — when a diagnostic was run or updated for the organisation.
- Projects — when engagements were added or changed.
How it is organised
Entries are grouped by time and shown newest first, each with a short summary, what kind of change it was, and how long ago it happened. Where an entry points to a specific record, you can click straight through to open it — for example, jumping from an asset edit into the Intelligence Asset itself.
Why it matters
A visible history builds trust in the workspace: you can see what changed, when, and follow it back to the source. It is especially useful when several people work on the same organisation, or when you return after a break and want to catch up on what has moved. It complements the way strategy changes flow through Cogliva, which shows the impact of a change across connected work.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Open an organisation and select the History tab.
- Scan the timeline to see what has changed and when.
- Expand an asset change to see the before-and-after detail.
- Click an entry to open the record it refers to.
