Turning findings into actions
Insight that does not change behaviour is wasted. The final step of any diagnostic is converting findings into actions that are prioritised, owned, and measurable.
Prioritise ruthlessly
Not every recommendation deserves immediate action. Sequence by impact and feasibility, and concentrate the team's limited capacity on the few moves that matter most.
Assign clear ownership
Every action needs a single accountable owner and a date. Shared ownership without a clear lead is the most common reason plans stall.
Make progress measurable
- Translate goals into KPIs and OKRs the team can actually track.
- Set a realistic 90-day horizon for the first wave of actions.
- Define what "done" looks like for each action.
Build a review rhythm
Set a cadence to review progress and adapt. Strategy is iterative; the plan should evolve as the team learns and conditions change.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Use the report's KPIs, OKRs, and 90-day plan as your starting action set.
- Assign an owner and date to every action before the session ends.
- Revisit the diagnostic as conditions change and regenerate.
