Organisation Intelligence Map
Your versioned Organization Context
Behind the Intelligence Map sits your Organization Context: a single, durable context of record for the organization. It is synthesized from your organization profile, completed diagnostics, and Intelligence Assets, and it is versioned — so instead of only ever seeing the current state, you can see how the organization's picture has evolved and what changed at each step. This is the same context that grounds Cogliva's AI when it reasons about your business.
A context of record, not a scratchpad
The Organization Context is the canonical picture Cogliva uses everywhere — the Intelligence Map, strategy generation, Strategic Signals, and the Management Copilot all draw on it. Keeping one versioned source of record means every part of the workspace reasons from the same, current understanding of the organization rather than from scattered, drifting copies.
How versions are captured
A new version is captured automatically as the context changes — the first time it is built, and whenever meaningful updates flow in from an enriched profile, a new or updated diagnostic, or edits to your Intelligence Assets. You do not manage versions by hand; Cogliva records them for you so the history stays honest and complete.
See what changed, and when
Open the Version history from the Intelligence Map to review the context of record over time. Each version shows its completeness and when it was captured, and it is compared against the version before it — so you can see, field by field, what evolved between one snapshot and the next. It complements the broader organisation history timeline, which records asset edits, diagnostics, and projects.
Performance and ambition
Part of the context is a Performance & Ambition view: the organization's current state, its desired future state, and the key metrics that bridge the two. These are auto-filled from the diagnostic's Outcomes & Performance step where possible, and you can edit them directly. They give strategy generation a clear sense of where the organization is today and where it wants to be.
Knowing what is still missing
Where core information is thin, a compact amber “Incomplete” tag appears rather than a large banner. Hover (or tap) it to see exactly which items are still to be added to complete the Organization Context, grouped by area — so you always know what would sharpen the picture without the guidance dominating the screen. The overall coverage is summarised by context completeness.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Open an organisation and go to the Intelligence Map to see its current Organization Context.
- Open Version history to compare the current context of record with earlier versions.
- Fill in Performance & Ambition — current state, desired future state, and key metrics — or capture them in the diagnostic.
- Hover the amber “Incomplete” tag to see what is still to be added, and fill those gaps.
