Meet Liva, your AI assistant

Liva is the AI assistant built into Cogliva. Wherever you are working — a diagnostic, a strategy, a tactical plan, the Workbench, or a signal profile — Liva can help you draft a field, sharpen what you have written, suggest options, or challenge your thinking. It is the same intelligence that powers the rest of the platform, made available the moment you need a hand. Liva supports your work; it does not replace your judgment.

What Liva is

Liva is recognisable by its violet mark and the Ask Liva button. Rather than a separate chatbot you switch to, Liva sits inside the screens you already use, so help arrives in context instead of in a blank conversation. Everything Liva offers is grounded in what you are working on and in Cogliva Intelligence — the curated business challenge and strategy method libraries, your diagnostics, and your organisation and project context.

Where you will find Liva

Look for the Ask Liva button next to fields, sections, and pages across Cogliva.

  • In the diagnostic wizard, to help describe the business and define the challenge.
  • In the Business Strategy Designer, on the fields that shape your strategy.
  • In tactical plans, to turn objectives into actions, milestones, and owners.
  • In the Strategy Workbench, when capturing and refining strategic topics.
  • In Strategic Signals, when describing what to monitor and why it matters.
  • In organisations and projects, to help frame the context Cogliva works from.

How to use it

Open Ask Liva and you will see a short list of suggested actions for that field — the options adapt to whether the field is empty or already has content. You can pick a suggestion such as “Suggest content”, “Make it more strategic”, “Make it clearer”, “Identify gaps”, or “Challenge this thinking”, or simply type what you want in your own words.

Liva returns a draft you can read, edit, and then insert, replace, or append to your field — nothing is changed until you choose to apply it. If a result is not quite right, refine your request and try again.

How Liva differs from the Management Copilot

Liva is the in-context helper that works on the specific field or section in front of you. The Management Copilot is a dedicated space where you describe a whole business challenge in plain language and get structured guidance, frameworks, and indicators back. Use Liva while you build; use the Copilot to think through a challenge from scratch.

Reviewing Liva's suggestions

Liva can suggest, improve, and challenge content — but you stay in control. Treat every suggestion as a strong first draft: read it, check it against what you know, and edit before you apply it. This is the same principle of human review that applies to every AI-assisted output in Cogliva.

How to use this in Cogliva

  1. Look for the Ask Liva button next to the field or section you are working on.
  2. Pick a suggested action or type your own request in plain language.
  3. Review the draft, edit it, then insert, replace, or append it to your field.
