Strategy Workbench
From topics to strategies and plans
The Workbench is not an end in itself — it feeds the rest of the workflow. Once topics have been reviewed and the strongest ones stand out, they become the raw material for a formal strategy and the plan that delivers it.
Promoting the strongest topics
Topics you have marked validated or material are the candidates to act on. From these, you move into the Strategy Designer to shape coherent choices, and then into a tactical plan that assigns owners, milestones, and measures.
Keeping the layer current
Strategy is ongoing, so the Workbench is meant to be revisited. Review cadences bring topics back for reassessment, parked topics can return when conditions change, and new signals continually refresh what deserves attention.
Where it fits in the workflow
The Workbench sits between gathering inputs and committing to a strategy: diagnostics and signals feed it, you structure and review topics inside it, and validated topics flow out into strategies and plans. It keeps the whole journey connected.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Filter to validated or material topics when you are ready to decide.
- Promote those topics into a strategy, then generate a tactical plan from it.
- Set review cadences so the layer keeps working between engagements.
