One consistent template
Diagnostics, strategies, and tactical plans all use the same look and feel, so a set of documents for one engagement feels coherent. The content is determined by your inputs and the structure you chose; only the presentation is standardised.
Exporting the Strategy Canvas
A generated strategy can also be exported as its visual Strategy Canvas — a one-page overview downloadable as a PowerPoint slide or PDF, alongside the full Strategy Document exports. The canvas export is ideal for a board pack or a discussion deck where you want the whole strategy on a single page.
