Starting with the Start Here launcher
Start Here is the guided starting point inside the app. Instead of choosing between modules yourself, you pick what you are trying to achieve and Cogliva routes you to the right place — a fresh diagnostic, a new strategy, a tactical plan, a signal profile, or a venture — pre-set with the context it needs. It is a guidance layer over the existing modules, not a separate one, so every action opens a real wizard or workspace.
Goal-based pathways
Start Here is organized around what you want to do rather than which feature to open. Each pathway groups the relevant actions and shows a short visual of the journey it leads through:
- Understand an organization — run or continue a diagnostic and open the Intelligence Map.
- Build or update strategy — design a strategy from a diagnostic, refine an existing one, or translate it into a plan.
- Plan and improve execution — turn a strategy into a tactical plan and track the work.
- Monitor change and signals — set up and review Strategic Signals.
- Develop a venture — take an idea through Venture Lab.
- Explore a business idea — get oriented quickly on a single question with the Management Copilot.
It knows where you are
Start Here reads your live workspace. Actions show context badges — how many diagnostics, organizations, strategies, or ventures you already have — and separate what is new from what you can continue. Pathways and actions only appear as available when your plan includes them, so what you see reflects your access. See plans and pricing for what each tier unlocks.
Direct entry into strategy creation
Start Here includes direct entry points for building a strategy. You can browse the full set of strategy types — grouped by family and searchable — and launch straight into the New Strategy Wizard with the right type, family, and guidance already selected. How to use this in Cogliva
- Open Start Here whenever you are unsure where to begin.
- Pick the goal that matches your task, then choose a new or continue action.
- Use the count badges to jump back into work already in progress.
