Getting Started
Plans, pricing, and managing your subscription
Cogliva is built for different ways of working, so it comes in a few tiers rather than a single price. This article explains what each plan is for and how to manage your subscription yourself. For current prices and the full comparison, see the pricing page.
Choosing a plan
Plans differ mainly by how many diagnostics you run each period and how much of the wider platform you unlock. The plan names adapt to your context — advisors see consultant-oriented labels, while founders and leadership teams see equivalent in-house labels — but the underlying tiers are the same.
- A one-time Strategy Diagnostic Report — a single diagnostic and report, with no subscription, ideal for trying real work on your own business.
- A mid monthly plan — several diagnostics per month with branded exports, suited to recurring engagements or in-house use.
- The top monthly plan — the full strategy operating system: the most diagnostics, the Business Strategy Designer, tactical plans, Strategic Signals, and Organizations & Projects.
The Systems add-on
Business Management Systems is offered as a separate add-on on top of the top plan, not as a standalone tier. It is billed alongside your subscription and never changes your primary plan. See the add-ons page for details.
Upgrading and changing plans
You can move up a tier whenever you need more diagnostics or more of the platform. Upgrades on an active subscription happen in place with prorated billing, so you are not charged twice and your work carries over unchanged.
Managing billing and cancellation
Subscription management is self-service. From your account workspace you can open the secure billing portal to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
