Getting Started

Adding users to an Enterprise account

Most Cogliva plans are single-user, but the Enterprise Strategy Workbench plan is built for a small team to work on one account. This article explains who can add users, how the request works, and what to expect.

Which plans support multiple users

Multi-user access is part of the Enterprise Strategy Workbench plan, which supports up to three users on a single account — the account owner plus two additional users. The other plans are single-user. If you advise clients or need a larger team setup, see the pricing page or get in touch for a tailored arrangement.

How the owner adds a user

The account owner requests additional users from the account workspace. For each person you provide their name and work email — and optionally their role and a short note — and submit the request for review.

Same email domain

All three users must share the same email domain as the account owner, so access stays within your organization. Requests for an email on a different domain cannot be added to the account.

Review and activation

Requests are reviewed before they take effect. Once approved, the person can sign in with the email you submitted — using the same email-and-password (or Google/Apple) sign-in and two-factor authentication as everyone else — and their access is linked to your Enterprise account.

How to use this in Cogliva

  1. Open your account workspace and choose to add an Enterprise user.
  2. Enter the person's name and work email on your organization's domain, then submit.
  3. Let them know to sign in with that email once the request is approved — see the related article on signing in to Cogliva.
