Cogliva draws on a connected intelligence layer — business context, challenge logic, strategy and management methods, KPIs and OKRs, tactical planning structures, strategic signals, standards and management-system knowledge, organization and project context, and advisory output formats — to analyse each outcome separately and produce a structured report: diagnosis, recommendations, KPIs and OKRs, and a 90-day plan.
