Getting Started
Signing in to Cogliva
Cogliva keeps your strategy workspace secure with a straightforward sign-in: your email and a password, or a single click with Google or Apple. Every account is additionally protected by two-factor authentication.
How sign-in works
Go to the sign-in screen and either enter your email address and password, or choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. After your credentials are accepted, Cogliva asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app to finish signing in.
Creating your account
If you are new, create an account from the sign-up screen and confirm your email address. The first time you sign in, you set up two-factor authentication and save your recovery codes — the related article on two-factor authentication has the full walk-through.
If you cannot sign in
- Forgotten password: use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
- Confirmation email not arriving: check your spam or junk folder and add Cogliva to your safe senders, then request it again.
- Lost access to your authenticator app: use one of your one-time recovery codes to get back in and set up a new authenticator.
Staying signed in and signing out
Once signed in, your session is remembered on that device so you do not have to repeat the process each visit. You can sign out at any time from your account menu, which is recommended on shared or public computers.
For your security, Cogliva also signs you out automatically after 30 minutes without activity. If this happens, just sign in again — your saved work is never lost. On a shared or public computer, sign out manually as soon as you are finished.
How to use this in Cogliva
- Enter your email and password, or continue with Google or Apple.
- Confirm the 6-digit code from your authenticator app when prompted.
- Sign out from the account menu when using a shared computer.
